Super delicious, satisfying meal in Ktown minus painful parking! Bossam is a solid choice here. This will be my bossam place for now and forever.

P.S JTBS only serve Purple rice!

    Update:
Still a five star a week after my last visit. This time I had the pig bone soup listed under the morning special menu. For the price I'll give 4/5. The broth and meat were nicely cooked. It's like a mini version of gamjatang. Generous portions. But I think I still favor Soondae soup over pig bone soup.

    Previous review:

I can't believe I have never been here while I'm so close to Koreatown. Although I came here on a whim for their morning special, it was definitely a pleasant surprise.

I know I got Soondae soup, a Korean soul food I love. I always thought 8th Street Soondae was the best but I think this place just topped it.

The price is cheaper than 8th street Soondae yet the soup base, toppings, and banchan were still to. I highly recommend to those who love getting Soondae soup.

I visited with a friend around 3pm and the place wasn't too crowded.  We were served right away and got our food pretty quickly.  I wouldn't say this was the best tasting food, but for the price the food was very generous and came out quickly.

We ordered the bossam meal for 2 and a blood sausage dish which came with a free soup.  That alone fed the two of us perfectly!

There is a ton of parking in this shopping plaza and dessert just a few stores down.

I went this restaurant on Tuesday 9/16
Overall, too dirty. And food felt ditry.
Management don't care about what customer said. Suggested to ow er or server. It will better to use new serving ware all ware are looks so dirty.
    And base dish is ridiculous.

We, as a customer should not go this restaurant until they have improvements.

This place is known for their bossam (given the name of the restaurant) so of course we ordered that. A large is enough usually for two, but it was enough for the three of us since we had a light dinner right before. We were still slightly hungry and therefore decided to hop to this place for a snack hahaha. Their bossam was really good. Slightly stingy on the nappa though. But overall, meat was cooked very well and had a slight fruity taste to remove the pork stench. Combined with the soybean paste and picked daikon= a perfect bite!
